So, this week has been a busy one between school, robotics, and family visiting, I’ve been running around like a chicken with its head cut off, but here are this week’s upsides!
21 Jump Street: Best. Movie. Ever.
Protein Shakes: I’ve been starting my days with a protein shake in an attempt to see if it helps to boost my energy during the day, and I have to say its working.
Sleep Cycle: This is an iPhone app (you can probably get it on other phones) that I downloaded on a whim for $0.99. It is supposed to measure your sleep cycles and use the information to wake you up at the lightest point in your sleep cycle during the time span you set. So far, I really like it!
The Olympics: I’ve been watching every event! So far, my favorites are figure skating, snowboarding (half-pipe for the win!), and hockey!
Hydration EVERYTHING: My skin has been so dry, so I’ve been pounding water and using hydrating skincare products in an attempt to stop the dry, peeling, patchy skin areas.
