I am sure many of you read Seventeen Magazine! I do! Recently, I found a spread in Seventeen entitled “Faster, Stronger, Hotter In Just 3 Months!” the name immediately grabbed my attention. The program is being run by a group of 4 girls, including Glee’s very own Jenna Ushowitz! I was so pumped. I joined Team Seventeen and am taking the fitness challenge! There are 4 to 5 basic workout moves that you do in sets to tone your entire body! You only do the workouts our times a week and they only take perhaps 20 minutes. Each month for next three months, there will be new workouts in each issue of Seventeen Magazine for you to do. This prevents you body from getting too used to an exercise.
